The format is the whole personality. So is the lineup of seasonal specialty drinks with names like Derby Mint Julep Mocha, Cozy Cinnamon Roll Latte, and Honey You Can't Handle Me Latte. The seasonal naming is a Louisville thing, and the team commits to it.

This is also a roaster. Canned whole beans line up for sale at the window, which is the take-home move. The format means a customer can grab a Power cookie, a seasonal drink, and a can of beans without ever leaving the car.
