Red Light Roastery

Red Light Roastery is in a renovated historic house on Park Avenue in Hot Springs. It has hex tiles, soft green walls, terrazzo floors and a front porch. Owner Adam, who studied agricultural economics, roasts small batches on-site, and you can often watch. The staff donate their tips to a different local nonprofit each month, and the shop features local art and goods.

The Ethiopian is a favorite, and the Bourbon Barrel Coffee goes fast. Lattes come with a double shot. Kombucha is on tap, and the gluten-free baked goods include banana chocolate chip muffins. Beans are sold by the pound.
