Red Twig Cafe and Bakery

Red Twig Cafe and Bakery is in downtown Edmonds. It has a big patio with red umbrellas, a heated tent, a fire pit table and a fireplace inside. The roaster is in view from a corner table. Weekend brunch is busy.

The coffee is roasted in-house. The lavender cold foam latte is a seasonal favorite. The almond and chocolate croissants are standouts, and brunch includes a pulled pork Benedict, quinoa bowls and crispy potatoes. Beans are for sale.
