Redding Roasters

Redding Roasters is a family-owned roaster that's been around since 2004. It's on Greenwood Avenue in Bethel, behind a bookstore. Kate and Heather small-batch roast everything in-house. It's a bean shop rather than a café, so you come in to buy coffee and talk about it.

There's a wide range of single origins, and you'll get a free cup of the day while they fill your bag. They also host coffee tastings and family events, like a Mother's Day tasting, so book ahead if you're coming with a group.

Since the bookstore's right there, it's easy to browse while you pick up beans.
