Refuge Coffee Roastery

Refuge Coffee Roastery has two shops in Fairhope, including one on South Greeno Road. Jim roasts to order, and syrups are made in-house. It has warm wood and natural light, and it's easy to miss from outside. Drinks are 12 oz, with no refills. You can order ahead on mobile.

The espresso is rich, not bitter. Try the Long Black, a cappuccino, the Hit & Sit or a honey cinnamon latte. There's cold brew, and beans ship nationwide, with subscriptions.
