Regulator Roasting Company

Regulator Roasting Company is in East Peoria. Dave roasts, and Sara knows regulars by name. It's cozy, with coffee on the walls, bean-bag chairs and quiet corners. They recently expanded next door into a bigger café. Parking is a shared lot, so it's tight at peak times.

Dave will match a bag to your brewer at home. The cortado, hot or iced, is the one to get. There's a caramel latte and a brew of the day. They offer subscriptions.
