RELAY Coffee Roasters is a Hamilton, Ontario roaster founded by husband-and-wife team Jason and Rachel Hofing. It roasts certified organic and Fair Trade coffees from a range of origins in small batches, profiling each coffee individually.
Roasting happens at the company's facility on Lancing Drive. RELAY serves its coffee at a coffee bar in the Hamilton Farmers' Market and at a cafe at 27 King William St., which also offers tea and baked goods. Wholesale accounts are available.
