The Bone Shaker blend is their best-known coffee, and there are other blends and single origins. The baristas pull a good espresso and make careful pour-overs. The rosemary salted caramel latte and the pistachio rose latte are the house specialties.

The pastries are house-made. The butter croissants are some of the flakiest in town, and there are twice-baked chocolate croissants, fruit danishes and seasonal specials. You can buy beans in the shop or have them shipped, and they offer a subscription. The staff are friendly and happy to make recommendations.
