Revolution Coffee Roasters

Revolution Coffee Roasters is a small-batch roaster and café on Collingswood's main street. It started at the Collingswood Farmers Market. It's dim and industrial, with a chalkboard wall, tables and bar seats for about two dozen, outlets and wifi. Staff sometimes give roasting tours.

The Ethiopian light roast and Honduran are favorites. Cappuccinos and cold brew are popular. Bags have roast dates and tasting notes, and they'll grind to order. There's a rewards program and subscriptions.
