Revolution Roasters

Revolution Roasters is on the Coast Highway in Oceanside. It mixes hip and vintage Americana, with wood and neon. A front garage door opens to the street, and there's seating inside and out. Wifi is strong, so seats fill up at peak times.

They roast in-house. The Guatemala is a favorite for pour-over. The almond milk is house-made. Try a latte, a flat white or the seasonal orange cardamom mocha. The burrata and avocado toasts, croissants and monkey bread are popular. Beans come in half-pound and one-pound bags.
