Nothing on the menu is reaching beyond what one person at a window can execute well.

The pitch for visitors is straightforward. This is a non-chain coffee in Waikiki at a non-Waikiki price, which is harder to find than it should be in a stretch of road dominated by hotel-lobby espresso and chain stores. The combination of a coffee hut and a food truck collective means breakfast and a cup happen in the same stop, which is the easiest morning move for anyone staying in a hotel without a real kitchen.

The drawback is also straightforward. No indoor seating. No easy parking. The kind of weather-dependent setup where rain pushes you onto someone else's covered patio.
