Ridgeline Roasters

Ridgeline Roasters hand-roasts specialty coffee in the Black Hills of South Dakota, buying coffees with cupping scores of 82 or higher. Its cafe at 201 Main St. serves espresso drinks, pour-overs, pastries and seasonal specials, with order-ahead pickup.

It roasts in small batches to bring out origin character. Online orders ship within 48 hours of roasting with a brew guide, and subscriptions are available. Its lineup includes a Nicaraguan medium roast.
