Roast Cafe is in downtown Alamosa, with custom metal tables and a dog-friendly patio. It's relaxed, so plan to slow down. Visitors to the Sand Dunes stop here.
They roast their own. The caramel macchiato, house chai and Drooling Moose are favorites. Breakfast includes huevos rancheros, chorizo scrambles and biscuits and gravy. Beans are for sale.
