Roast House Coffee

Roast House Coffee is an organic roaster in Spokane with a tasting room and coffee bar. It's not a sit-down café, and there's no food. Owner Debbie runs it, and Scott will walk you through what's roasting. It's in an industrial park, so look for the bicycle and roastery signs.

Ask about the Brazil Sweet Blue. The lattes use house-made syrups, and the drip is taken seriously. Try a single-origin tasting or the Café de Americas. Two-pound bags are available. Bring your own mug, or refill your old bag. They supply cafés and restaurants and offer subscriptions.
