Roasters Coffee House

Roasters Coffee House in Hiawatha roasts every bean in-house and serves it within three weeks. Bags are dated. It's set up like a restaurant, with tables and booths and free wifi. Drinks come in paper cups, and you get a discount for bringing your own mug. A morning men's coffee group meets here.

There are four to six drip roasts at a time, plus flavored and decaf. Papua New Guinea is a regular. Try the golden latte, a Mayan Mocha or a lavender breve. The Honey Bourbon Butterscotch cookie is a favorite, and there are breakfast bagel sandwiches. They make gift bags too.
