Rockabilly Roasting Co

Rockabilly Roasting Co is on the corner of Kennewick and Auburn in downtown Kennewick, connected to the Roxy Theatre antiques shop. It's industrial and small inside, with a big American flag, and there's a patio. They serve beer and wine and sometimes host live bands.

They roast small batches. Cloud 9 is the house roast and works well as a pour-over. There's drip, dirty chai, white coffee, espresso and a sugar-free Lotus. Beans ship whole or ground the week they're roasted, and there's a subscription.
