Ron's Beans Retail Center

Ron's Beans Retail Center is a small-batch roaster on W Centre Avenue in Portage. It's a little hard to find. Ron sources directly from farms, roasts on-site and is usually at the counter. He'll help you pick beans and dial in a home espresso machine, Breville included. It's small and clean, with seasonal outdoor seating. They host community events, like piano recitals.

The Costa Rican is a good mild pick. Single-origin pots are brewed daily, so ask what's fresh off the roaster.
