Rook Coffee

Rook Coffee is a New Jersey coffee company with shops across the Jersey Shore, including Long Branch, Little Silver, Red Bank, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Freehold, Manalapan, Point Pleasant and Wall. Every bag it sells is roasted at its Long Branch production facility, which it has operated since 2015.

Rook buys specialty-rated coffees (82 points or above) through U.S. importers from origins such as Sumatra, Uganda, Bali, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica and Ethiopia. Online orders ship an average of 3–4 days off roast, and subscriptions are available.
