Rose City Coffee Co. is a big, bright café in Sellwood, Portland, open until 11pm. It has high ceilings, exposed brick with local art, hanging plants, library tables with lamps, couches and window bar seats. Part of it is a boutique with local art, gifts, stationery and home goods. There's reliable wifi, plenty of outlets and dog-friendly picnic tables outside.

They roast their own beans. The Whimsy Caramel Latte is the favorite, and the Purple Haze Latte and Rose City Matcha are popular too. There's a big tea list, seasonal drinks, breakfast sandwiches, BLTs and pastries. Happy hour for mocktails and coffee starts at 3pm.
