Rowster Coffee started more than two decades ago as a one-person roasting project in the back of a local gallery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Its cafe on Wealthy Street in East Town opened in 2010 and also hosts art and events from local creators.
Rowster sources thoughtfully and roasts in small batches in Michigan. Its range runs from the comforting Milky Way blend to adventurous single origins. Coffee and subscriptions are sold online, and Rowster supplies wholesale partners.
