Salt Flat Coffee Company is a veteran-founded roaster on Main Street in Tooele. They roast small batches of ethically sourced, fair trade coffee as needed, with no additives. The counter is friendly and quick, and the drinks come up to 24 oz, which commuters love.
The caramel macchiato is the go-to, and there's an Americano, mocha and latte. Bagged beans are sold in the shop and online.
