Salt Lake Roasting Co. is a specialty coffee roasting house in Salt Lake City founded by John Bolton. He began roasting in 1981 in a warehouse in Sandy after his shifts at Snowbird and later opened his first retail shop on 400 South.
The company has visited more than 25 coffee-producing countries on four continents. Its cafe serves teas, breakfast, lunch and pastries, and coffee is sold by the pound in store and online, with subscriptions and wholesale.
