Salto Coffee

Salto Coffee roasts craft coffee in the mountain town of Rollinsville. The building is rustic-modern with high ceilings, plenty of seating inside, local art and a stone patio with outdoor fireplaces. The owner is often at the roaster. It's a good place to work or warm up after hiking or skiing.

There are single origins and blends as pour-over, espresso or nitro cold brew. The syrups are house-made, and the orange cardamom latte is the favorite. The breakfast burritos smothered in green chile are a local hit, and there are fresh pastries. Beans are sold on-site. It's open 7am to 7pm Thursday through Sunday and until 3pm Monday through Wednesday.
