Sands Coffee Roaster

Sands Coffee Roaster is Mo's shop on Oceanside Blvd. He picks and roasts the beans and makes each drink himself. For now, it's a pop-up cart with patio seating while the permanent building goes up behind it, so seating is outdoors and there's often a line.

There's real Turkish coffee. Start with the iced cardamom vanilla latte. The Dubai chocolate latte and the pistachio latte are favorites. The house roasts rotate, including a Colombian and Kenyan dark roast blend.
