About
About Santa Barbara Roasting Company
Santa Barbara Roasting Company opened in September 1989 and roasts more than 50 coffees in its coffee shop at 321 Motor Way. It slow-roasts everything in small batches of 50 pounds or less, roasting fresh every week.
In 1997 it began supplying wholesale customers across California, and demand from local restaurants, hotels and coffeehouses grew quickly. Its Naturally Grown blends combine organic, shade-grown and Fair Trade coffees. Coffee and subscriptions are sold online.
