Schuil Coffee Company is a small, family-owned roaster in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It calls itself Michigan's first specialty coffee roaster and one of the first in the U.S.
In 2017 Tim Volkema bought the company from Greta Schuil and became owner and CEO. Schuil focuses on bean quality, roasting consistency and freshness. It has a cafe, sells coffee and subscriptions online, and offers wholesale.
