About Scout Coffee
Scout Coffee opened in January 2014 in a brick building on Garden Street in downtown San Luis Obispo. It has grown to four locations on California's Central Coast, along with a scratch-made bakery and its own roastery.
HoneyCo Coffee Roasters, Scout's roastery in Morro Bay since 2015, roasts every coffee Scout serves, and pastries are baked in-house daily. Scout sells coffee and goods online and offers wholesale.
