Second State Coffee

Second State Coffee is a Charleston roaster with five shops. This one is bright, with big windows, a long communal table, bar seats along the walls, wifi and some outlets. There's cucumber water.

They roast and ship to order. The vanilla latte is a favorite, and syrups are house-made. Try a cortado, a single-origin pour-over or the seasonal sweet potato latte with marshmallows. Pastries come from local bakeries, like the blueberry lemon curd scone. They also do wholesale, equipment and training.
