Seesaw Beans and Coffee in Buena Park employs adults with developmental disabilities and roasts its own beans in-house. Staff bring your drink out by name.

The Madagascar vanilla latte is the house specialty. Regulars also order the iced Americano, sea salt caramel latte, matcha latte and the Hazelnut Einspänner, which comes topped with thick cream. For food, there's a ham and cheese croissant panini and choffles.

Inside, it's clean and homey, with yellow chairs in the back, a few tables and outlets where you need them. The patio is bigger than you'd expect. There's free wifi and a lot behind the building, so it works well for studying or an afternoon of work. If you're bringing a dog, check with them first.
