Shimoji Coffee - Espresso Drive Thru

Shimoji Coffee is a drive-thru about two minutes off I-70 in Vandalia, with a second location in Greenville. You can pull up on either side. Their site says they're Vandalia's only local roaster, with 100% Arabica, fair trade, organic beans roasted to order in small batches.

The syrups and whipped cream are house-made, and there are dairy-free options. The baristas are happy to help you find a drink. Scones and danishes with seasonal fruit are made from scratch. There are pup cups too.
