Shotgun House Coffee Roasters is in an industrial warehouse in San Antonio, with high windows, plants, couches and plenty of tables. There's a fenced backyard with outdoor seating. The roaster is in view.

The El Salvador medium roast is the popular bag, with citrus and caramel notes. Local churches buy it in bulk too. The Dirty Horchata is the signature, and there are cortados, pour-overs and lattes. Pastries include vegan red velvet donuts, and there are empanadas on Saturdays.
