About Sidecar Coffee Roasters
Sidecar Coffee Roasters started in downtown Cedar Falls, Iowa in November 2012. In 2017 the roaster moved into the renovated, LEED-certified former Wonder Bread bakery at Grand Crossing in Waterloo.
Sidecar now serves coffee, house-baked treats, quiche and sandwiches at six cafes in Cedar Falls and Waterloo, with about 35 to 40 people roasting, baking and pouring. It offers order-ahead pickup, sells coffee and subscriptions online, and offers wholesale.
