SK Coffee: Whittier

SK Coffee is a St. Paul roaster focused on rare single origins, and their Whittier café is in the former Muddy's space at Lyndale and 24th in Minneapolis. It's small and modern, with a plant wall, warm tones and bench seating. It fills up fast, and the music is on the loud side.

The cold brew is a local favorite, about $7. There's a flat white, espresso tonic, matcha latte with house-made honey, vanilla oat latte and pour-overs. Pastries come daily from Laune Bread. Whole-bean bags are for sale, with subscriptions.
