Slow Burn Coffee Roasters is in the Wells Park neighborhood of Albuquerque. It has plaster walls, local art, high ceilings and fresh flowers on the tables. There are couches, window benches, work tables, a patio, free wifi and outlets. The roaster sits right in the café.

They roast single origins. The drip is a local favorite, and the red chile chai is a New Mexico twist. There are espresso drinks and pour-overs, and the baristas are happy to talk brewing. Beans are for sale.
