Small Town Coffee Roasters

Small Town Coffee Roasters is just off Main Street in downtown Rutherfordton. They roast in-house, sometimes on the back deck. Inside, it's small and artsy with music playing, and there's a bigger outdoor seating area. Often one barista runs the counter, so give it a few minutes. It's a nice break off Highway 74.

The Mexican mocha is the headliner, and Brown Sugar Magick is right behind it. There's café con leche and a cortadito. The Dirty J sandwich, chocolate chocolate chip muffin and bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough are favorites. Bags are sold to take home.
