About
About Småstad Coffee Roasters
Småstad Coffee Roasters is in the heart of the Sonoma Valley, founded by Victor, whose father Peter opened Barking Dog Roasters in 1995. Victor worked at the family shop for years as its roaster and director of operations, through 2024.
Småstad draws on the family's Swedish heritage. Victor lived in Lund, and the cafe bakes pastries such as cardamom buns daily. It roasts on a vintage Probat L12, serves espresso drinks and brewed coffee, sells coffee online, and offers wholesale.
