SoPo Coffee

SoPo Coffee is on the Calvary Church campus in Albuquerque. It's a big, calm space with couches, work tables and indoor and outdoor seating. The wifi's strong, so it's popular with remote workers and students, and there's a kids' area with toys and wall-mounted iPads.

They roast on-site and brew on two Slayer espresso machines and Seraphim pour-over stations. The cold brew is bright and clean. Cinnamon lattes and white chocolate lavender oat milk drinks are favorites. The breakfast burritos are some of the most popular in town, and pastries include cherry turnovers and cream cheese danishes.
