SoulShine Roasting is a Dover, Pennsylvania operation on Carlisle Road, and the customer experience is built around the fact that the owner is the one handling the work end to end. Pickup happens at the roasting shop on Carlisle Road, and the beans also move through the local Stone Mill, which is a useful second pickup point if Dover is the long drive. Walk-in espresso drinks aren't part of the offering. If you're a home brewer, especially an espresso home brewer, and you want freshly roasted whole beans from a person who'll talk you through them, this is the kind of small roastery worth keeping on a regular rotation.
