Spearhead Coffee

Spearhead Coffee is in downtown Paso Robles. It's bright and modern, with tables, a big communal table, big windows, outdoor seating and outlets. Max roasts in-house, and you can watch. Mornings are busy.

The Aztec Mocha has chocolate and a little spice. Single-origin pour-overs are good. There's a whiskey-infused bean. Pastries are baked daily, like blackberry scones and oatmeal blueberry muffins. They offer subscriptions.
