About

The room at Spectracolor Coffee Roasters echoes. That's the kind of detail that matters once you've sat in it for ninety minutes trying to work. The space is beautiful, minimalist, artistic in the way Lehigh Valley cafes don't usually attempt, and the music plays at a volume that fits the design but bounces around the hard surfaces. One studier flagged the obvious move: work outside.

Outside is where the seating opens up. Plenty of patio. Plenty of indoor seats too, comfy chairs included, but the patio is the one to take if you brought a laptop. Easton locals and former locals both make repeat trips, including one who detours back when visiting. People keep using the word inclusive about the staff and crowd, which is rarely a throwaway line when it shows up unprompted.

The coffee menu is wide. Cortado for the espresso purist. Lavender latte if you want something softer. Iced matcha. The ambrosia iced tea has its own following, and the loose-leaf selection is treated as a separate menu rather than an afterthought. The strawberry Nesquik latte is the dessert end of the spectrum. The cappuccino if you want to taste what they're doing without the milk getting in the way.

The flag here is price. One 2026 customer paid almost seventeen dollars for two oat-milk lattes that tasted watery. Two oat-milk lattes shouldn't cost seventeen dollars and shouldn't taste watery, and a coffee-forward purist looking to taste the roast may have inconsistent luck depending on the day. For the room and the patio and the tea selection, the trip works. For straight coffee on a budget, results vary. The right way to use this place is to come for the space, the patio, and the loose-leaf tea selection, and to keep the coffee order simple enough that the watery-milk risk goes away.
