Spokesman Coffee

Spokesman Coffee has three Austin-area shops: South Austin, Highland and Pflugerville. It's a café by day and a bar by night. The South Austin roastery is industrial and bright, with local art and graffiti murals, benches, a bar with purse hooks and chargers, communal tables and a shaded patio. Wifi can be spotty at busy times.

They roast on-site. Try the 1 and 1, an espresso and a cortado with sparkling water. The cortados, lattes and cold brew are favorites. Local craft beer is on tap. Buy a bag and get a free coffee.
