Stauf's Coffee Roasters

Stauf's Coffee Roasters began offering specialty coffee to Central Ohio in 1988 and calls itself Columbus' first micro roaster. It roasts in small batches using a profile method that targets the best roast for each varietal and origin.

Stauf's motto is "The Proof is in the Cup." Its small-batch coffees, including limited offerings available until they sell out, are sold online alongside tea, with subscriptions. Stauf's also runs company locations, fundraising programs and wholesale.
