Storyville Coffee Pike Place

Storyville is up on the third floor above Pike Place Market, and it's a lot calmer than the market below. There are big windows looking out over Elliott Bay, warm wood, and leather seats around a fireplace.

They roast their own beans, and the lattes are the main draw. The French press gets a lot of love too. Don't skip the cinnamon rolls: they come warm with house-made icing, caramelized on the outside and soft in the middle.

Staff come around with water and check in on tables, so it's an easy place to settle in to read, work or just watch the market. Prices are on the higher side, which fits the location. You can buy beans in the shop or sign up for their subscription, and first-time visitors sometimes get a free Storyville mug.
