Strangely Warmed Coffee Roasters is a working roastery in Sebring run by Steve, Al, Gerry and Alice. They give free tours with tastings. There's no espresso bar, pastry case or seating.
They roast certified organic, fair trade single origins from Peru, Honduras, Colombia, Guatemala and Nicaragua in small batches. The Guatemala and Peru dark roasts are the favorites. There's iced coffee during the tour, plus K-cup-compatible pods. Beans ship nationwide, and local bagel shops serve their coffee.
