Order the horchata latte. It's the signature and it works. The tiramisu latte is the dessert-leaning move, and the mango sticky rice matcha is the unusual pour worth ordering at least once. For the espresso machine itself, the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe pour-over is what to ask about. The breakfast empanada with aji is the morning move, the short rib empanada is the louder option, and the Colombian cheese bread pairs with any coffee on the menu. A coffee cake covers the simpler pastry side.
