Telluride Coffee Roasters has slow-roasted at high altitude since 1991. The shop is on Society Drive, just outside downtown Telluride. You can watch the roaster. There's no seating. Damon is a regular behind the bar. Their beans are also at Saint Vrain Market in Lyons.
Black Magic is the house blend. There's French Roast, Avalanche and Blue Mesa, and you can taste first. Get an Americano. There are hand-tied chai bags. Shipping is free over $60.
