The Bean Whole is Jed's small roastery inside Neighborhood Hive in Sugarhouse, Salt Lake City, open Saturdays only. There's a little seating by the windows. Jed also teaches hands-on roasting classes.
The Sugarhouse Blend is the house bag. Cold brew and nitro are on tap, and the cortado is the drink to try. There's a frequent buyer program.
