About The Coffee Grounds
The Coffee Grounds was founded by Eric Nelson in 1991 as the first business of its kind in Wisconsin's Chippewa Valley. It started as an 800-square-foot cafe in London Square Mall and is now at 4212 Southtowne Drive in Eau Claire.
Eric is the head roaster, and the shop sources its coffee honestly and roasts it in-house.
