The Coffee Snob Roaster in Leesburg is a family-run small-batch roaster and café. They roast single-origin, high-altitude, certified organic Arabica daily. The barista may ask how you like your coffee balanced. Kathleen, the owner's mom, is often there. There's a chess board and a section of handmade jewelry from local makers, and every bag of beans comes with a free drink.

Try the Bolivian French press, café con leche or espresso, and there's a sugar-free house blend. Smoothies come in strawberry banana, PB&J and Green Goodness. The deep dish omelet with chicken sausage and spinach is a breakfast favorite. There's a breakfast burrito, pistachio mini bundt cake and a vegan double chocolate donut, with sugar-free, vegan and gluten-free options.
