The Draper Mercantile and Trading Company

The Draper Mercantile and Trading Company, or The Merc, is in a restored historic building in Draper, just off I-81. It's a coffee shop, restaurant and market with gifts, local foods and home goods. There are wood floors, a main dining room, the quieter Perch and front and side porches.

They use locally roasted beans, and coffee flights let you try a few.
